I changed ASUS router to Windows 2003 R2 + Kerio Kerio Control 7.1.2. After this, some users from Internet cannot connect to server via RDP (Windows 2012: cannot connect because licensing error happened (licensing stopped by timeout)). Most users can connect to server.

I bring back ASUS router - connect ok.

Please, what settings in Kerio I should change to resolve this?

How many users do you have using it?

My reason for the question was to assess whether there may be a licensing issue.

Also, once upon a time, there used to be a limit to the number of active connections Control would handle. If you're NAT'ing (well, PAT'ing really), there will be some limits, but that would be in the 60-64k range (depending on reservations). That's a technical limit, Operator could be much lower due to memory usage.

What size of a license do you have? It is possible you might be hitting that occasionally. I doubt you are hitting any connection limits.
