Good morning to everybody!
In the last few weeks, when we trying to access our Kerio Mail server webmail or administration panel, the request times out.
After a few second or minute, re-typing the address, the webmail or admin panel, appears.
This happens often, but not every day, and I don't know why.
At the same moment in which the panel does not appear, the server is still online and accessible from remote desktop or software like teamviewer.
For this reason, I think about some kind of problem in Kerio Mail program.
Can someone give me some guidance?
How can I empty the log file? I would try to see if it is useful.

I tried to update to the latest version of kerio connect.
in the first minutes the system worked properly, after a few minutes the webmail and administration panel are back offline, and then only sometimes appear.
I really don't know what I could do even.
the problem may be the firewall zyxel zywall 2 behind which kerio server is configured?

Hi Lisa,
I tried this morning to connect via localhost, and the system will always work properly, while still giving problems via the Internet.
I am increasingly convinced that it might be a problem with the firewall, because the data line is always online, and there is no packet loss.
