As an owner of a company that uses Connect, I would like for our IT Department to administer all aspects of Connect but to be limited out of the Archive function. Some email topics and discussion could directly affect the Administrator or others and thus I wouldn't want them to be able to see those emails...

It can only be done if you limit the users to be able to administer his/her own domain only and disable archive access.

But of course, the users cannot administer "all aspects" of the server.
