dear,
Can Kerio control make rule for this:
we have 3 group users.
- Group A, can access to all websites, unless for forbidden web to all users
- Group B, only can access to 1-2 websites (addresses already defined first).
- Group C, can't access internet at all
for Group C, I already define traffic rule for specific range IP can't access internet. but it's not work.

Hi no_name,
For group A and B you should be able to achieve this with HTTP Policy->URL Rules.
You would need to make a URL rule for group A to allow access to all sites, a rule for group B to allow the Websites you want (you may want to create a URL group to keep all the allowed URLS in) and then you would need a 3rd URL rule to block URL's for everything else (this may stop group c) as that will stop group B from getting to other sites.
