Hello

I have an error in outlook 2010 with a Kerio offline connector 8.0.0.639
This is running on a windows 8 PC
When I start outlook is working fine for the first 1 t 5 min
Then I got an error 0x80040600: MAPI_E_corrupt_store

I have already run the SCANPST tool to clean the PST/OST files

But after fixing errors I stil get this error and have again errors in the SCANPST

So please can somebody help me to fix this situation

Thanks

Gerrit Leskens

Hi, Gerrit

I think in this case, it might be worth contacting support and raising a ticket. This looks to me like a corrupt KOFF profile and possibly a corrupt server file. Support will be able to look at the KOFF debug logs from your PC and should be able to advise you of the best course of action.

I don't think the Kerio Outlook connector even uses PST files, so running ScanPST wouldn't have any effect.

I'd probably try emptying the cache on your PC and re-syncing with the server (you can do this in the Maintenance tab in the Kerio Outlook Connector).

FWIW - I had the same issue after a user's PC just BSOD on me...(that's another story) - but I couldn't get into Outlook to access the KOC tab...so I went to Control Panel -> Mail -> Data Files and was able to get the KOC Maintenance tab there.
Emptying the Cache resolved the issue.
