Hello, running 8.0.2 - and the new Connect Client doesn't load.
When I login via: mydomain/webmail/login
I'm redirected to: mydomain/webmail/index2.html
I get a blank webpage - attached is the source code of index2.html from within Chrome (view page source). I get the same problem within IE10. And iOS Safari.
I can manually change the URL to webmail/index.php and the old client loads just fine.
In the admin interface, I have Default Web Client set to: Last Used
What's interesting, is that no one ever used the new client, however it's still defaulting to that URL upon login. The expected behavior would be to default to the old client since that was the last used in 7.4.3 and then users can chance on their own to the new client.

Hi Lisa,
I always get the login screen - once I enter my crendentials, I am redirected to: mydomain/webmail/index2.html which comes up blank on the screen - but there is html loading. (See the source code I provided in the original post)
Both the private IP and public IP give me the same result. Different accounts, same result.

Jonas Rodrigues (Kerio) wrote on Tue, 16 April 2013 06:16Hi Machete,
I would suggest you to submit a support incident with our Technical Support team at:
http://www.kerio.com/support
They might need to analise your logs to see whats going on. I had a similar case once, where we found out that calDav.db was corrupt and it caused the issue. Webmail 2 (the connect client) uses this file.
All the best,
Jonas thanks for your reply. Can you confirm this is a bug with the Connect software? I hope you understand I don't expect to pay to have Kerio fix this and given that your support is no longer free if it's not a bug - I'm using the Self Help methods described on the Support Page.
