Hello,
I administer mail servers for many customers, some of these servers are MDaemon and SmarterMail.
Today I prefer, for all new installations, Kerio Connect, but I feel very uncomfortable with the lack of 2 features that the other 2 server have:
1) To know the user mailbox password
2) Impersonating the user on the WebMail

It's a matter of speed, simplicity, avoiding long time to call user and work with them online or on the place, ask them the passwords etc etc etc

Hi Dan,

What I would suggest is listing it as a suggestion or increase the vote for this feature.

If you go to the Web Admin in Kerio Connect and click on the 'Suggest Idea' button this will take you to the feedback website where you can add this feature request or increase the vote for it.
