Hello,
This worked for me, but somehow I had to do it with Powershell and not from the elevated command prompt.
- in any Office program, e.g. Outlook, Excel, disable automatic updates (as described), need administrative privileges!
- close every Office Program
- in PowerShell (line below, again with administrative privileges):
C:\Program' 'Files\Common' 'Files\microsoft' 'shared\ClickToRun\OfficeC2RClient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.15128.20248
- wait a couple of minutes until the Office installation is done
- when done, it works again as before, tested with Office 2019 + 2021, both versions work
Around 764MBytes data were received from Microsoft Servers, just FYI.
This is an issue between Microsoft Office Click2Run, Version 16.0.15225.20204 (from 24th May 2022) and Kerio Outlook Connector Offline Edition (version 9.3.1 to 9.4.1 doesn't matter).
I will at least one or two days befor I will publish/fix this with my clients, because there are over 100 Outlook Users at the moment.

Hello All
Very interesting:
If I move one of the broken html messages into a local pst file, it gets displayed correctly.
I can then even move the message back to my inbox and it will still be displayed correctly. But that applies only for this very message that has been moved back and forth.
Even stranger: I can simply move the message to the local folder and -without opening it- move it back to the inbox(or whatever) and it will be displayed correctly from then on.

AndreKl wrote on Tue, 31 May 2022 12:05It's not the only bug. Since the update, you can't add new kerio accounts. Sadly, the Click2Run revert doesn't work on my computer (something about a network issue (30183-27 (400), even on a completely unlocked network).
For the time being, i added a new Profile and added my accounts with ActiveSync. This works now. I hope an update is soon available.
Could be DNS problem, try some public DNS provider. Don't forget to flush DNS cache after config.

Are you using Windows?
Go to "Control Panel" --> "Mail(Microsoft Outlook)" and try to add the account there.
I just tested it and it works.

@Michal D. Thanks, for the suggestion. It is not a DNS Problem, i tried several (incl Flushdns).
@b.iseli<_at_>itiseli.ch Jup, Windows 10, latest 21h2. And tried booth ways, trough Outlook itself and the Control Panel.
But, let's not put too much energy into this, as i couldn't care less. In four days, i'm three weeks away (holiday woohoo) 😁. I hope in this timespan GFI gets an update ready (yea i know, i'm optimistic). If not... THEN i take the time to check this in detail. In the meantime, i can read e-mails. That's enough.

Hello Chris,
this will definitively be a fix on the client computer, not on server.
How do you want to automatically distribute this for environments without software distribution, like my small businesses with 2-10 PCs?
Because from my technical perspective, the only way would be with updating the Kerio Connect Server to lets say a P1 build and there place an updated Kerio Offline Client for the automatic update.
or
The user downloads the updated Kerio Offline client from your website and performs the installation manually.
In what timeframe can we expect a patch? 1-3 days, 1-2 weeks?
Becaus if weeks, I have to revert Office to the April-Build as I mentionned a couple of posts above, customers are getting upset.
Thanks
