Thanks for the info:

I'm now having this issue with one of my instances:
KC 9.4 is crashing and rebooting regularly (almost every other day) due to UID errors - "MeetingResponseCommand.cpp: Unable to update the event [uid=0x0000090a] in Calendar." These have been in the error logs in the past with no issue but now these errors are crashing KC on a regular basis.
Version:
9.4.0 (6153)
Operating system:
Debian GNU/Linux 8.11, x86_64

You really should upgrade your Debian. Jessie is out of the LTS since 06/2020. :-/

Would you recommend doing an in-place upgrade of Debian? I always like to have a backup plan in case an update goes south and causes problems. Seems like maybe the safe way would be a fresh install of Debian and Kerio and then migrate everything over. That way you have your old server to fall back on in case of trouble.

I did an in-place upgrade from Debian 10 to 11 on mine, but yours is older so may be trickier to do. Mine is also a virtual machine so, before doing anything, I took a snapshot of the VM so that I could revert quickly if something went south.

There's a few articles on GFI support that might help:

Kerio Connect system migration to another server - https://support.kerioconnect.gfi.com/hc/en-us/articles/36001 5200319-Kerio-Connect-system-migration-to-another-server

Debian Stretch to Buster OS upgrade for Virtual Appliance - https://support.kerioconnect.gfi.com/hc/en-us/articles/36001 5958059-Debian-Stretch-to-Buster-OS-upgrade-for-Virtual-Appl iance

Upgraded from 9.3.1p1 to 9.4 a few weeks ago. All fine till today. Computer (Mac OS 10.15.7) crashed and restarted and couldn't connect or login to Kerio Connect Server anymore (client and admin), although the preference pane stated that Kerio Connect Server was running. Did inspect the logs, but couldn't see anything special.

Since I don't have a lot of time to test now, I downgraded to 9.3.1p1 and everything is fine again.
