Since 9.2.5;
Auto restarts - nothing in the logs
NTLM authentication very intermittent - was intermittent in earlier version but much worse now and severe for trusted subnets.
Authenticated users not all showing in active hosts.
Perhaps it is time for us to look at an alternative !
WE use uPnP but only in frequently so have not had chance to test this yet but others report this to be broken.

I also had problem with formware 9.2.5, and had to revert back to 9.2.4
I noticed that yesterday (2018-03-29) Kerio released a new FW 9.2.5 patch1.
Can someone confirm that this one is ok and stable and solved the restart problem?

I think you are absolutely right considering GFI's record in addressing issues with their software. I wouldn't be surprised if the broke something else with the patch. I only did it because our Easter is next week!!!

We too have this problem, actually for us, 9.2.4 and 9.2.5 are not stable. this is a brand new box (not even 2 weeks old) and 9.2.4 came preinstalled. after reading this, i will try to downgrade to 9.2.2 as people suggest - i will first try the patch 1, but im skeptical as the release notes dont suggest this issue is resolved. After a week of complete instability we removed the device from our network and have gone back to our old firewall.
our problem with the device is slightly different - the device just stops responding after some random time. it wont last 24hours. we don't get reboots or see any explanation in the logs, it just seems to stop for no apparent reason. we have the ng500.
also we see that deselecting the 'enable the dns forwarding service' checkbox results in an almost instant bye bye of the device and with console access find winroute at 100% cpu. there are never ending dns errors in the log, is this normal ? we do have a lot of traffic on the device - 250mb during peak times.
in order to know if the device itself was bad, we have downloaded and installed 9.2.5 directly onto a powerful server with evaluation licenses. the server reboots itself every 10 mins, and, just like the ng500 there are no logs about why or what happened.

thanks for the prompt reply, please:
To test, i have installed the version 9.2.2, however, with nothing enabled the cpu use is very very high > 30% <_at_> 180mb. is this normal ?
at the very minimum we seek to block torrent traffic, but i am afraid to enable this because of the high cpu use? on 9.2.4/5 the cpu was marginal (+/-10%) with everything shutdown (antivirus/intrusion/app&content/etc)

we still receive a lot of dns errors, regardless of the dns server we use (even local dns server results are the same)?

i did a factory reset after version 9.2.2 was installed.
if this is normal operation on this version, ok. we will just let the device run and monitor it.
