What type of authentication are you using on your ISA 2004 server?

Should you configure your ISA Server to use Enforced Authentication, this will allow GFI WebMonitor to display the User Name accessing the particular site.

freedom2feel,

Can you please explain further regarding your setup?

DO you have an Active Directory environment and does the ISA server have access to Active Directory?
