Hello
I've received the following message today.
What does this mean exactly. Is there a problem with the configuration or only with this mail?
How can this happen?
Thanx!

Matthias

GFI MailArchiver failed to transfer archived emails from its cache to a backend database.

The following error message was reported:
Could not find file 'E:\GFI MailArchiver4\Core\Queue\6d7782b3-dfc0-4488-b1df-adbc1504c30d.eml'.

Regards,
GFI MailArchiver

Hello Matthias,

Each message being archived is queued in Core\Queue folder and it will be represented by three or four files (depending if the email is being compressed or not).  In your case, the file specified in the notification was deleted from the Core\Queue folder, hence, the upload of this message cannot be successful.  Please make sure that you exclude the GFI MailArchiver paths from any AV or similar programs.  In order to solve the problem, you need to remove the files named 6d7782b3-dfc0-4488-b1df-adbc1504c30d from the Core\Queue folder.

Thanks for using GFI MailArchiver.  Kind regards,
Joseph D'Emanuele
