Multi-Server configuration - second host goes offline Tuesday, July 04, 2017 2:24 PM (permalink)
Hi all,

got a problem with Mail Essentials 2015 multi-server configuration. Second host, after many attempts to connect it to master, goes automatically offline. Any ideas? Is there possible that there are any authentication (credentials etc.) data, which are still saved, used and a new configuration cannot be successfully started?

Any help will be much appreciated.
Greg

We would need to look at the logs to determine what is happening, however 2015 is no longer supported.
If you to go https://upgrades.gfi.com/ it will step you through the upgrade process.
Once on a supported version, if you still have trouble with this please submit a troubleshooter to support and they can assist you with this:

Not to be an ass - but having a "supported" version of GFI is pretty meaningless given the EXTENSIVE problems GFI have caused in the past 9 months.
