GFI FaxMaker stops responding via web service

We are encountering an issue with GFIFaxMaker when sending faxes. All sent faxes are getting queued up when I view in FaxMonitor.
On FaxMonitor I see the following error “A device error occurred: 34
We are using GFIFaxMaker 17.0 and version 20140821. FaxMaker is running in non-active directory mode.
This started happening after our SMA expired.
Any help is appreciated.
