Hi, I'm having some trouble installing 64bit Faxmaker on some 64bit Windows 7 Enterprise machines. It doesn't happen on all of them so I'm having trouble narrowing down the issue.
During installation I receive an error "Error 1721. There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
I click OK and the installation continues and then I receive this error: "There was a problem starting pntinst.dll. The specified module could not be found."
Then I click OK and receive "Internal Error 2753. fmstart.exe"
After this, the GFI\FAXmaker Client folder is found in Program Files (x86) but only contains two items - gfimntr_x64.dll and an AMD64 folder containing fmp_drv.dll.
Like I mentioned this only happens on some PCs, all using the same 64bit Windows 7 image, imaged using Microsoft SCCM. I'd appreciate any ideas on how to resolve this.
Edit: Thought I'd mention that we're running Office 2013 32-bit and using the "Outlook New Message form" option of Faxmaker.
