Not getting spam digest

Not getting spam digest Thursday, February 16, 2017 9:45 PM (permalink)
We are no longer getting the spam digest report. The box is checked for both administrator and recipients to receive daily, radio button selected for all users except listed (empty) and the administrator email in settings is correct, is there something else I need to check?

    If this is still an issue, please open a case with support by logging into accounts.gfi.com and selecting the support option.  It may have been caused by a recent upgrade done on your server with the Pickup path failing to be detected.
