Client Communications Troubleshooting

Client Communications Troubleshooting Thursday, January 14, 2016 6:24 PM (permalink)
Is there any guide or suggestions on how to troubleshoot issues when the console can't see the clients?  This isn't happening across the board for us, but I am seeing it for quite a few endpoints.

    Hi,
     
    Please make sure you can see the client machines from the server, e.g. ping. Also, please go through the requirements for the agent installation, see the article here.
     
    Do you get an error message when you try to scan the machines you cannot see in the console?

      Sorry taking a while to get back to this.  We thought it was related to some DNS issues which we fixed, but the issue is appearing again.  Will take a look at the link and see if that helps.
