For this type of issue you will want to open a support ticket.
As many others experiencing this issue I filed the ticket. The answer was:

I would suggest you scan the computer the device is plugged in on while it is plugged in, then create a policy permission for that device that is block access fully.

I consider that answer as joke. The truth is - you guys don't release new bugfixed versions since 2014.04.01 so the product support is dead :(
Also it doesn't block webcameras (other devices). I tried on Logitech C270. It says access is denied but it perfectly works in Skype.
Found more bugs:
1. It won't accept cyrillic user name when you install it, you need to fool it by setting any english username and after it is installed you need to go to services and set desired cyrillic username there in service properties.
2. It doesn't see connection of storage devices on USB 3.0 ports. It reports them as not connected but can't control etc. For example devices with installed UAS driver.
3. It doesn't support SSL SMTP protocol in email settings (nowadays all servers require this), so email features of the product are pretty useless :(
You guys need to fix all this to make this product the best. If you need tester I will gladly help as for now your QA staff is not making their work properly xD
