GFI tech support

Curious on how the community feels with the direction that GFI has taken regarding tech support.
These forums have been dead for quite a while.  Long ago I enjoyed helping folks here to try and help out the staff., many of whom I know pretty well over the years.
Now that GFI has completely dropped all telephone tech support I'm extremely unhappy.  GFI has had many very fine qualified techs supporting their products.  Over the years that appears to have stopped being the norm.
I've been switching all my clients from on premise Exchange to Microsoft Office 360 Hosted Exchange.  Surprising to me my need for antispam and virus have pretty much been taken care of my the basic Microsoft subscription.  And this amazes me.  Really does.  And it's free.  
As of now I'm only planning on continuing renewing Mail Archiver for my clients.  I'm a little concerned regarding the lack of tech support from GFI but Archiver issues are no where near as devastating as Mail Essentials issues.
Any thoughts and suggestions regarding this would be appreciated.
