Poor technical support

Poor technical support Thursday, March 16, 2017 10:26 AM (permalink)
- At the forum messages never one answers.
- You cannot contact the GFI support directly, but only by external partner that will never reply.
- Despite the renewal of annual maintenance, you do not receive support.
 
It would be better to improve if you want to work with enterprise customers

    I second this. Terrible Customer support, of all our vendors...hands down the worst. Cant talk to anyone, slow, not helpful...painful to deal with.
