"An internal error has occured. Please..." Tuesday, September 20, 2005 1:46 AM (permalink)
I am using LANguard Network 6.0 and it seems impossible to me to start any new scan without get the "An internal error has occured. Please re-install software or contact GFI support" message... I re-installed the software but get the same message over and over... What should I do? Thank you since now...

    Hi,

    Do you have set a password policy or Restricted Groups settings?

    Do you get any errors in the Event Logs?

      Same Issues here.. I get one scan worth of work done (at best) and the DMAN software kicks out the error.."An internal error has occurred. Please re-install application or contcat GFI support." No errors in event log. System is fine, all other applications run just fine.. Have re installed software like 5 times now..

      Time to move on and try Shavlik NetChk..

            Good Morning.
            I also have this problem. My machine was normal, yesterday I installed a Windows update and today it has the error:
            An internal errors has occurred. Please re-install application or contact GFI support
            In Windows events no logs appear, can anyone help me?
