Is anyone able to contact support from web, mail or chat with GFI?
I used the form at "" , that is btw, not accessible from normal web navigation.
More than 24 hours passed and no one contacted me about my issue, just got the autoreply from a ticketing system.
If this is how support work at GFI, I will for sure asap start looking for a new product before the end of my subscription.
On my customer portal there are only local resellers listed, which don’t have a clue about it.
I'm really disappointed with the level of support provided (read: none).
An answer from GFI staff would be appreciated.

    I think they changed the request form url lately, in this post , 3rd choice, is what you are looking for :

      Try logging into Support using your GFI account credentials or your license key from here:  If you are an end-user you should have options to contact your reseller or GFI.  
      I'm a GFI reseller and I can no longer get support directly from GFI.  I have to go through my distributor to get support.

        i used this adresse, but it seems to be only for open cases:
        nevertheless i got a case number from there

            Not a single response? I supposed some companies think they can just throw up a forum and all the users will fix each others problems?
