GFI Support Emails Bounced.

GFI Support Emails Bounced. Friday, February 10, 2017 8:45 PM (permalink)
I get a support email from someone at GFI! A MIRACLE! I respond to that email.... and its bounced back saying theres no case and its not a monitored email address.... nice. 
Thank you for contacting GFI.  Please note that this email address is not monitored and only processes emails that are in response to already open cases.
If you would like to open a case with GFI Support regarding a GFI product, please go to  to submit a case in English.  For other languages, please select the appropriate language at the top of the GFI website and then select the Support Form from the Support Menu at the top of the page.
