Hi all,

i am interesting purchasing webmonitor (Webfilter edition)

before purchase the product i would like to know this:

1. Webmonitor is working with his own cache? or is using the ISA Server Cache (if it's enabled)
2. What functions will be disabled when license is out of date?
3. Is it posible to create a custom error html message?
4. Can i export or backup the configuration?

1. GFI WebMonitor will use its own cache for downloaded files

2. When the license expires all Security / Filtering will be disabled.

3. Yes, you can create custom error pages, although we don't directly support this. Edit the files under Program Files\GFI\WebMonitor\app_data\Interface

4. The best backup of configuration would be to backup the C:\Program Files\GFI\WebMonitor folder. If a restore is needed, simply copy the contents back to the hard-drive and install on top of itself.
