does this products archive emails including attachments?

does it also archive the public folders?

Yes, you can configure GFI MailArchiver to archive email attachments or not. There is also an option to compress attachment when in archive.

No it does not archive public folders. Please note that we archive only depending what the MS Exchange server decides to journal.
