I have the following problem:
I have created several rules, the global notifications of mail worked correctly before applying notifications customized, after this the global notifications no longer worked.

somebody knows this problem in gfi network server monitor 5.5

Can you explain further what is happening when a global notification is being sent?

I would recommend that you contact our support team at support@gfi.com, since your issue may involve some troubleshooting.
