problem with XMLAPI

Status: offline 		I encountered another problem with XMLAPI besides the problem of sending duplicate faxes.I sent about six hundreds pairs of *.doc and *.xml to the XMLAPI folder at the same time, after 3 days, I found there were still more than one hundreds doc files but no any xml file in the folder though the faxmaker had apparently stopped processing the xml, in other word,doc files left there were not processed.

How to solve this problem,any advice would be much appreciated!

Well as this could be very difficult to trouble shoot via the forum.  I would first make sure AV and backup software is not Scanning the XMLAPI folder, or the Faxmaker directory for that matter.  If this does not seem to resolve the issue I would suggest opening a support ticket.
