Status: offline 		Associates are looking to me for emails that have been sent but that they have not received.  I have checked the messages and thre are three lines under the message tracking.  The last line says "Message submitted to categorizer"  There is nothing beyond that and when I check the monitor log it says that the mssages have been successfully processed.  Two questions how can they be successfully processed when they haven't been delivered or spammed and where did they go?

Status: offline 		Once the message has been submitted to the advanced queue, GFI typically has nothing else to do with the message.  This issue may be related to something with Microsoft Exchange instead.

Status: offline 		To add to Drew's post you can check the Queue Viewer and see if there is any mail stuck in a queue and try to force it out or figure out why it is stuck there.
