Hello,

My GFI AntiSpam Public Folders are not scanning.

I ran the [Test] within the GFI Console and this reports as Successful.

Running [Scan Now] results in the following: "Failed to Run WebDAV Public Folders Scanning"

I am configured to use WebDAV and "https://sites/public"

Any help gratefully received.

TIA,
Stephen

Stephen,

What happens when you go to https://sites/public in Internet Explorer?

Hello John,

Thanks. From the server console (logged on as administrator), i firstly get a certificate warning, then an error within "flogon.js"

If I do this from a workstation (and logon as administrator), I get Outlook Web Access.

BTW, we have Windows Small Business Server 2008.

Stephen

Stephen,

Would it be possible to post the exact errors from the server you are seeing? This is most likely the root cause of GFI MailEssentials not being able to scan these folders.
