we are currently running 12 and plan to upgrade to 14.
Can we install 14 on the box without effecting 12?
Have 2 instances, 1 to our ceccproduciton box (12) and 1 to cecctest (14)?

No - you can only run one instance of GFI FAXmaker on that box. If you intend to test GFI FAXmaker 14, I would suggest you set up another test box for that. If you would like to simply upgrade GFI FAXmaker 12 to GFI FAXmaker 14, I can provide the upgrade instruction set.
