I can't seem to get this program to recognize any of my cdr or cdrw. I get an error message saying 0 bytes available install another cd. I tried everything including the option to erase the cd first. Does anybody have any ideas?

Hi Stephan.

First, can you write something on that CD using another program ?
If you can, please tell us the model of your CD/DVD writer and send us a screenshot of the error mesage that appears. Also, it wouldn't hurt to try another CD and see if you get the same error.

Yes I can write to the cd. The computer is a dell dimension 4400 and you can drag files to the cd. Yes I tried 5 other cds. The drive is a Mitsumi CR 4804TE. How do I attach a screen shot to a reply like this? Thanks.

Sorry but I cannot see and add image button from the reply to message screen. The last reply from me showed what happened when I chose the "image" button.
