The customer was complaining about getting excessive spam.  Looking at the reports a lot of spam is getting caught, but Spam Razor is showing 0 messages filtered for the past few days.  When I opened the Spam Razor properties it says "Spam Razor Not Licensed"  ?? Why would this just now start?

First thing I'd try is re-inputting the key, then restarting the services.

I have to reboot the server (probably could restart the service) several times a week to keep Spam Razer running. It seems to progressively process less and less, then just shuts down. By rebooting periodically it keeps working.

I'm sure GFI would love troubleshooters and all sorts of debugging things, but I don't have time. I just need this to work, so reboots it is.

for quirky things like that I always run an IISRESET first and that usually cleans things up. try that next time to see if it starts it scanning again, and if it does put a scheduled task in to run iisreset once every few days during the middle of the night.
