temp. access - no computer name (Full Version)

I am trying to grant temporary access to an usb stick, using EPS Management Console. Even if I input the request code for temporary access, no computer name is visible in the computer name input field. The input field is greyed. How to specify a computer name?

If the computer name field remains gray, it means that the request key you have entered is not a valid one. Please ensure that you entered the correct request key and also be sure that the computer that generated the request key is controlled by the main application (i.e. it is present in the security policy's list of computers).

Please let me know if you encounter further difficulties.
