Hi, There are two ways MailArchiver import emails: 1. Journaling: This will retrieve a copy of any email sent or received in the mailbox. Note that only the copy in the journal is removed, therefore the original email will still end in the user's mailbox, so you will have a copy in the Exchange Store and another copy in the MailArchiver store. 2. Importing emails: This method allows you to import emails from different sources (pst, Exchange mailboxes...) into the MailArchiver stores. The first method will archive emails received and sent after the implementation of MailArchiver (hence the creation of the journal mailbox). The second method can be used to import emails already stored in the Exchange database, or pst files, before the implementation of MailArchiver. However please keep in mind that MailArchiver will not delete any email, in any of the two methods, this will have to be done manually or using rules once the emails have been imported into the MailArchiver database. In order to import emails from the Exchange mailboxes into MailArchiver, please check the following link: http://support.gfi.com/manuals/en/mar6/mar6manual.1.17.html Hope this information helps.
