Hi Everyone,

we are testing Mailarchiver in a Server 2008 domain. All seems to be working fine but there are some questions we have.
We created a store and exported/imported soms mail to a store called 2008 (01-01-2008 till 31-12-2008). No problem here, all imported mails appear in the store, but the mails are still present in the users mailbox. How can i manage to auto-delete the mails in the users mailbox that are imported into the mailarchiver store?

Hi,

The only mailbox MailArchiver will remove emails from is the journaling mailbox once they are retrieved, MailArchiver will not delete emails from the users mailboxes.

You will need to perform or configure the deletion of emails from Exchange itself.
