We are seeing a fairly significant shift in our customer base to using online backup. We would like to be able to monitor for completion of MozyPro backup as part of GFIMax. The application creates its own log files and does not write out to the system logs.

Hi Will,

Thanks for your feedback - are you recommending Mozy to customers or are they coming to you with it? Are you seeing other similar services that are gaining traction with your customers?

If you happen to know where there might be any documentation of the format and content of the log files that would be very helpful.

We are bringing many clients to Mozy after one of our larger customers introduced us to the program. I will check on what information I can get concerning logs.
