I attempted to Install the GFI EventsManager (build 20090922) and just  after I double click the GFI EventsManager (build 20090922) Icon and click run I get an error:

<SetupNew\setup.cpp(135)
PAPP:
PVENDOR:
PGUID:
$
@Windows XP service Pack2 (2600) IE 6.0.2900.2180

Help, any ideas?

Is this a new installation, or an upgrade? Also, can you ensure that you have the most up-to-date copy of the "Microsoft System Installer" for your operating system? You can check the version by clicking Start -> Run -> and typing "msiexec"
