new in GFI

Status: offline 		I attempted to Install the GFI EventsManager (build 20090922) and just  after I double click the GFI EventsManager (build 20090922) Icon and click run I get an error:

@Windows XP service Pack2 (2600) IE 6.0.2900.2180
 
Help, any ideas?

Status: offline 		Is this a new installation, or an upgrade? Also, can you ensure that you have the most up-to-date copy of the "Microsoft System Installer" for your operating system? You can check the version by clicking Start -> Run -> and typing "msiexec"

Status: offline 		I did install the Microsoft System Installer { Windows Installer 3.1 Redistributable (v2) } as u
Suggested, but still the same error???????????????????????????????????????????
and yes it is a new installation.

what shall i do.

but how to upload the file.

the ftp connection not working, dont know why, its not showing me the neede tabs of credentials as described in the link

Status: offline 		by the way I've just downloaded the eventsmanager7 and it was installed with no errors, the program is running but still without no Configs.
