Hello,
Have a bit of a confusing problem. Recently installed V14 for eval on my Ex2007 server. Wonderful piece of software as I have used it before with great success.
But... With this install I am getting a fair number of duplicate messages. Outlook rules are set to filter for SPAM in the header and redirect to a sub folder (first rule). I was getting a ton of duplicates initially so I wiped out all the rules and started over. I am still seeing duplicates with some of the new rules and I'm at a loss for how this is happening.
As far as I know outlook checks for the spam header first, if indicated moves the message and proceedes on to the next rule/message. Also, none of the rules are set to copy anything, just move.
I have read some threads about 2 rules configured the same could have the same effect but that is not the case.
I know this is slightly more towards the Ex server/outlook support area, but since GFI is thrown into the picture I wanted to see if anybody could offer hints from their experience.

Have you tried the 'don't process any more rules' option?
Can you condense your spam rules into a single rule based on subject content? If so, use the Rule Manager which I've found to be rock solid along with the advantage that the users can't mess with the rule as it's not editable in Outlook.
