Hello, is there anyone who knows how to set up internal disclaimers for Exchange 2003? I currently use GFI Mail Essentials and Exchange 2003. The Disclaimers function of GFI works only for External mails. How can we set up the same disclaimers for Internal mails? Please help us and Thank you very much in advance!

Disclaimers do not work for internal emails, as they're added as an SMTP sink and internal emails do not traverse the SMTP virtual server, and ME is clever enough to not add a disclaimer to any internal emails that do pass via the SMTP VS.

You would need to add Outlook signatures instead. There are a number of ways to do this if you google.
