I'm using GFI MailArchiver version 5.0 (build 20071109). We're pursuing an upgrade to the latest version but in the meantime need to export some emails with what we have.

Anytime we do a wildcard search we get "Error: The operation has timed out". More targeted searches work fine. Is there a way to change/increase the timeout value for searches?

Alternatively, is there a way to label emails via SQL? I can identify the emails I want using Query Analyzer but not sure how i would go about creating a label for them. I'm assuming if i can label the emails i want, the search will complete quickly.

I need to search for all email to/from a specific domain. So i search where recipient is *@xyz.com or sender is *@xyz.com. Both time out.
