Hello,

We have Microsoft SBS 2008.

I upgraded to GFI MailEssentials for Exchange/SMTP x86 (build: 20090826) this morning and our email is no longer being filtered for spam. Also, nothing incoming or outgoing is showing up within the Dashboard (MTA Logging).

I can't re-boot the server until this evening, but is there anything I check beforehand?

Don't know if it makes a difference, but shouldn't you be using the 64-bit version for SBS 2008?

Have you run the E2k7wiz again?

Apologies for the confusion, I incorrectly copied and pasted the information from the ME download page. We are indeed using: "GFI MailEssentials for Exchange/SMTP x64 (build: 20090826)"

We are indeed using the x64 Version of GFI. I rebooted my server overnight and spam is now detected / logged correctly.

Some spam is still sneeking through, but I can investigate that separately.
