I am currently testing WebMonitor, and while it has been great for most of our needs, I've found a problem I cannot get past. When trying to update iTunes, the update always fails. I believe this is due to the Apple iTunes updater not being an HTML webpage, so the WebMonitor HTML redirect is failing or causing it to become confused. I've also noticed this with updates within our antivirus software, but I'm sure there are more examples. Does anyone know how to configure WebMonitor to allow these downloads through, or to bypass the HTML redirect page?

you can add these sites to the white list, only if they are trusted.

Charlie IT is correct, the GFI WebMonitor whitelist should be used for both iTunes updates and your AntiVirus update sites (i.e. http://Updates.MyAVProvider.com, or whatever their update URL is, their support department can typically provide this quickly if you do not have it off hand.)
