When attempting to login to Mail Archver Ver 6.1 We are getting the message "Failed to Connect with Data Services" clicking on detials gives the following message Failed to connect with the data services (Error code: 500). "An error occurred while processing the request on the server: System.Runtime.Remoting.RemotingException: Server is busy. Try request again later." This was just started happening one day while happily running with version 6 as well tried updating to 6.1 but no luck Also Database GFI application, datbases, indexes and Excahnge are on the same server but separate drives

kousa95, Please try the following: 1. Re-register asp.net using the following: http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID002202 2. Try restart the store service. 3. Try log into the interface again? 4. Do the errors in the event log come up every time you try log into the system? Thanks I have tried all of this several time but here are my response 1. Re-register asp.net using the following: http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID002202 - Done 2. Do the errors in the event log come up every time you try log into the system? yes Haven't tried looking at this one though Should the issue persist, kindly go to the GFI\MailArchiver\ASPNET\DebugLogs folder and paste any errors from the WebLoader.log noticed this message over and over again "Non-mapped path found. Do not rewrite"
