Andyfinp -> TrxStream.inf not installing (4.Oct.2009 2:00:37 PM)

I'm trying to install a Brooktrout TR1034 (2 line analogue) card into a Dell PE1950 server. The card went in fine and I followed the GFI instructions, and installed the Brooktrout drivers from the FTP site. However, when I try to do the next bit and install the TrxStream.inf (using the new hardware wizard), windows does not 'get it', instead after navigating to the trxsteam.inf file, there is nothing on show in the 'Select Device you wish to use with this driver' and the only way I can go is 'back'
Have I made a stupid error somewhere - I was hoping this would all be plain sailing!
