It now says "Warning!! GFI LANguard is now performing administrative tasks...." How can I customize this? It would make it a lot easier to understand for my more blockheaded users.

Currently, there is no way to edit this text.

Is there a forum/thread to request features? It would be nice to be able to customize that text.

Even though you cannot edit that message from within the product's UI, you could directly edit the file where that text is loaded from. The file is <installdir>\Data\PatchManagement\spwarningmessages.xml You'll notice there's a section for each language. You need to edit the English section by altering the text in the <WarnMsg_CustomUpdates_Wait> and <WarnMsg_CustomUpdates_DoNotWait> nodes. I suggest you make a backup copy of the file before.
