I'm a new admin of an organization where there are absolutley NO mailbox size quotas.  After many years of pushing, upper management now wants to limit mailbox sizes for all users.

How can GFI MailArchiver take away "the sting" that will be felt by our users of now having email size quotas?

We just upgraded to Exchange 2007 SP1 and our users love the new OWA. Can GFI MailArchiver mailboxes be accessed from OWA?

UCEMailAdmin,

GFI MailArchiver can suit your needs because all emails can be archived to a back-end database and therefore emails can be deleted from the Exchange mailboxes. Therfore, the users would not even reach the email size quotas.

GFI MailArchiver can be accessed from it's own UI in Internet Explorer or Firefox or through the GFI MailArchiver Outlook Connector.

For a list of the features GFI MailArchiver has to offer, please visit http://www.gfi.com/mailarchiver/marfeatures.htm

Regards,
Ben Vincenti
