I have installed outlook connector and can not get it to work properly. The verify connection progress completes successfully. When it's trying to actually connecto to the GFI MailArchiver Box it fails!!! Why? I can log in by going through the URL no problem.

I have been in touch with the GFI techsupport, but no answers. GFI really needs to improve on their support team.

jpolanco,

1. Do you see these emails correctly in Outlook (not the OC but in his actual Outlook mailbox)?
2. Is the synchronization for any of the users working or is the problem with all users? Are these emails in an seperate archive stores? When were these imported?
3. What are the sizes of the problematic mailboxes?
4. Are you seeing all the emails in 'Inbox'. Are the Sent items synchronized?
5. Do you "Do not allow further archiving into this store" option enabled for this the Archive Store?
6. Which build of GFI MailArchiver and the GFI MailArchiver Outlook Connector? You can check this by going into Outlook -> GFI MailArchiver in the title bar -> About

Could you also give me you case number so that I can investigate it further?
