We rarely do any reporting.  The report MDB gets more than 1GB quiet often on a drive with the limited space.  I usually stop all the GFI services and manually delete the *.mdb file.  Is there anyway I can completely shut off the reporting?

I don't know of a way within ME to disable reporting, perhaps GFI can tell, but I can give you a couple of suggestions:

1. In the Email Management/Reporting node, you can specify a different location for the reporting database, such as a drive with sufficient space.
2. Delete reports.mdb and create a directory called reports.mdb instead, preventing the reports.mdb file from being created.

I haven't tried number 2, and don't know the consequences, but it's easy to back out if it doesn't work. Let us know what you decide.

You can disable logging to the reporting database. Take a look at http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID002693 as it goes over this for you.

Cheers John, just the ticket.
