hi guys, please help. I received this error when trying to search in AWI interface, both in IE and in Mail Essentials Configuration console.
Email Archive Web Client
[0x80004005]
General exception in initialize method.

0x80004005 is "access denied", so I'd check permissions and possibly run procmon from sysinternals to locate a file permission issue.

Hi RSP thank you for your reply . I cannot test the one that you said now because I've found out what was causing the problem is our SQL server, suddenly it stops functioning, I discover it after I delete the AWI in IIS. So I decided to configure AWI. The configuration is straight forward as I followed GFI KB article but when I try to browse the AWI from IE or from IIS, it's giving me "Directory listing denied. The Directory does not allow content to be display". Please help me coz I am just new in configuring IIS. Thank you so much.
