Hi Alistair, Where are we supposed to go for support for GFI Max? The live chat doesn't have the option as of yet. I've tried was was recommended about, did a repair as well as full uninstall/reinstall of the OMSA and am still receiving the Invalid OID error. Running Server 2003 SP2, OMSA 5.5, monitoring agent 804 Regards, Ryan Lintner

Hello again all. I spoke with GFI and got the dell server figured out. Depending on the management software and hardware on your server you may not have access to both RAID monitoring components. For our PE700, the Storage Management option worked, pulled 2 drives out of the array to confirm. Now on to the HP servers! Reporting Invalid OID on both RAID monitoring components.
